Pompadour Pinned Updo, Office Natural Hairstyles

by Evenes Ruth Mafupa

When my hair is stretched but is in no shape to be worn out, a pinned updo normally saves the day and this is one of the styles I go for. It’s a fast and easy hairstyle you can wear to the office, interview or any formal setting. Can be done on medium to long hair. Do let me know what you think about it and if you liked this video, do thumbs up. Don’t forget to sub to my channel for more videos. Blessings!

Uhm, where in the world have you been all my life?!! Love the hairstyle. But the way this length is set up, I can’t rock it. Totally hair crushing on you!

Love your hair girl.
How did you grow it that long?
How many years ago?
Mine its only a year but it breaks easily.

Thanks.I have found that my hair does better when left alone for a while in a protective style while keeping the moisture at optimum levels. It will be 5 years in January next year.

Hi
Help – need something for my hairline!! Am in Zim.
Want to get away from weaves etc, especially for work. So looking for inspiration on nice looking work acceptable styles.
Great hair.

Hi. For your hairline to grow back, you will need to stop doing what caused it to recede in the first place. Then you need to treat the affected area with extra care. no pulling and tight styles. Massaging castor oil on the affected area daily also helps to grow hair.

Hi Ruth
I’m really inspired by your blog. I have very thin short hair and its a 4C hair type. I have started my natural hair journey.
My hair is greying and the dyes have further dried and made my hair thinner.
I live in JHB and would like you to advise me on products and daily routines.
Thanks & regards
Dez

Hi Dez. Thanks for coming by. You can write me an email or book a consultation if you want to come over. It’s difficult to make recommendations without looking at your hair or having more information about it.
