Nothing can be as real as this

A lot of people thought it was my real natural hair and would be amazed when I told them that I had synthetic hair in. This is the most realistic crochet braids I’ve ever done on my hair. I left out hair right round the perimeter of my head so that I could do more styles with it and boy oh boy, I enjoyed this protective style and was  actually sad to take it out. This is one time I also managed to go for 4 weeks with a protective styles and that’s great according to my track record.

Managed to tie in into a bun

Crochet braids or weave is so easy and if you don’t know how to do the cornrows, you can ask someone to help you out, go to a salon even. Besides, the cornrows don’t need a pro to do them because they will be covered. Only requirement is, they should not be too tight, that’s all. In the video, I show you how I installed my crochet braid but I didn’t include how to do the cornrows. However, I hope you will enjoy the tutorial and if you are not subscribed yet, do subscribe so that you don’t miss any of the videos that I’ll be putting out. Make sure you stay connected with me on social media as well. My handle is @evemafupa on Instagram and Twitter. Choose to be happy. No one can give it to you.

Here is the video…

Below are some still shots taken from the video. Don’t forget to thumbs up if you liked it. Will talk to you in the next one. Blessings to you and yours.

Hi Everness, This is so awesome. OMG. I so wanna do it and will share my photos. Can I ask if the texture of the Marley braids feels natural to touch and can you treat it with all or wash it? Thank you.

Thank you for your kind words. Yes, the texture I used is soft to the touch and I washed mine twice while they were on my head. Well, I washed my scalp rather and they got a benefit of association and got a wash as well. After removing them, I kept them safe so that I can use them again. Waiting for the photos. 🙂

Hi Evenes,
This is so awesome. OMG. I so wanna do it and will share my photos. Can I ask if the texture of the Marley braids feels natural to touch and can you treat it with oil and wash it? Thank you.

No need to treat it with oil. I used a bit of conditioner to help me finger detangle. That’s all.
