Natural Root & Tip Havana / Afro Kinky Twists

So I managed to do Havana Twists or Afro Kinky twists on my own using an old hair piece that I bought early last year. These Afro Kinky hair pieces are quite an investment. Because you do not have to part them to install, they last a very long time. I have used mine several times already and every time I install them, they look just as new.

In the video below, I show you how you too can install them on your own and especially using the “Natural root” technique. I love this technique because it makes the hair piece look like my hair and I still feel myself with it. It is more or less the same as jumbo twists with my real hair. And I do get a lot of people asking what I am doing to make my hair so long. This has become my protective style of choice and it only takes 3 hours or less to install and less than 30 minutes to take them down. I normally stay with these for two to three weeks.
