Tutorial: Making an Afro wig using kinky twist hair aka Marley hair

Some weeks back, I made a wig using the crochet method for a friend of mine who lost her hair because of chemo. I recorded the crucial parts of the wig making so that I could share with you in case you would like to do a bit of DIY.

The net I used for the wig cap was from Dischem and I got it for R34.99 but another friend told me there are cheaper in Johannesburg CBD. I used Brown & Ayo Marley hair or kinky twist hair. The process is quite easy, just that it takes a bit of time, 2 hours max though. Watch the video for more and if you have any ideas on how I could make a better wig, please let me know in the comments. You can also put all your questions there and I will answer each and everyone of them.

Blessings
