Hey there! Just an update on what I have been up to with my hair now that I removed the mini-twists. I brushed my hair for the first time this year. The last time I brushed it was in August 2012, see post here. This time it was more like a flopped twist out and I decided to grab my brush and just get on with it. I like how my hair looks and I am so excited that I have managed to retain most of my length because I have noticed it is now much longer. I really like the length my hair is at right now because I can do so many styles with it without much hassle. Be blessed and much love to you all.

how did you brush your hair was it wet or dry.
Hi Patie. Thanks for coming by. My hair was dry when I brushed it. I washed it, did some chunky twists and then let it air dry.
Your hair is beautiful. I love the second style. Didn’t your hair break while brushing it? I wouldn’t dare brush, knowing how mine would break.
Thanks. I prepared my hair for the brushing by doing a protein treatment. My hair was also quite stretched by chunky twists and the breakage was nothing to write home about. kkkk. I also do not do this very often. Last year I did this only once and this year, maybe I will do a second time. I find it better than using heat. I use a soft brush as well so not hectic.
Ohk! So,it’s not as if you were raking through your hair!!!
